On March 15, Crown Princess Mary attended Danida's 50th anniversary dinner as guest of honor. The following day she was present at the grand opening of the exhibition 'Danida's Circle of Experience - a different folk exhibition'. The exhibition is part of a conference made in collaboration of Danida and the United Nations.

Crown Princess Mary attended as guest of honor, Danida's 50th anniversary dinner at Eigtveds Pakhus in Copenhagen. Danida is Denmark's governmental cooperation with developing countries. They work to fight poverty through human right and economic growth.

Crown Princess Mary paid a visit at Holbæk Hospital as patron of the Heart Association. The association work with research on cardiovascular diseases. On how to prevent all kinds of heart diseases and support patients throughout their course of the disease.
The Crown Princess was given a guided tour around the facilities and had plenty of time to meet some of the patients at Holbæk Hospital. She also presented the Love Heart Research scholarships.

Crown Princess Mary was present at the opening of 'Combating Antimicrobial Resistance' at Beller Centre in Copenhagen. A conference aiming to discuss the problematics about antibiotic resistance. The Crown Princess gave the opening speech.

Opening of 'Refugees of the World - Frederiksberg 2012'

Crown Princess Mary attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition 'Refugees of the World - Frederiksberg 2012' at Frederiksberg City Hall. She attended as patron for Danish Refugee Council.
The exhibition is a collaboration between the Danish Refugee Council and Frederiksberg municipality. Throughout the year, they will try to mobilize citizens, cultural and business life behind collection activities for the benefit of school children in the Orientale province of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
